For all AU & NZ customers the average time for shipping is 7 - 15 business days.
Incense Cones sometimes require a special courier service for postage and delivery and will be shipped to you separately from your burner. You will receive a tracking number for each product. Please allow an extra 10 - 15 business days after delivery of your burner for your Incense Cones to arrive.
Rest assured we will do everything in our power to ensure your ordered is delivered as soon as possible.
Your parcel will be left in a secure place, however please ensure you are available upon delivery. The buyer holds all responsibility for stolen, or lost delivery as a result of input of wrong shipment information.
Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.
Orders can sometimes take 2-4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

If you have not received your package, please firstly check your shipment information. Rest assured we will do everything in our power to ensure your ordered is delivered as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date.
Many factors will influence shipping times and the courier will ultimately be responsible for delivery. Please contact the courier or local post directly with any questions you might have once your order has been shipped. Any possible taxes and duties applicable to your order may be applied by customs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
