Refunds
We stand by the quality of our Products.
If the product/s received are damaged please return the product/s to us for an in house inspection within 10 days of when it was delivered to you. If you need to return your products:
Package them up securely in a cardboard box or bubble wrap. Put your name, return address, mobile number, email address, and a copy of your dated purchase receipt in the package. Contact us via the contact form on our contact page for the address to return and if you have any questions or require more information.
We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we unfortunately can’t be responsible for it if it gets lost. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. This shipping cost will be refunded to you if the product is defective.
Lost items
Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct. Once your order has been shipped and is with the courier we are unable to re call the order.
Covid-19 has severely impacted international movement of people and goods as countries implement additional border controls and restrictions on international travel. As a result, airlines have drastically reduced international services, leading to a significant reduction in air freight capacity and frequency to and from all international destinations.
If a minimum of 60 business days have passed and you have not received your order please contact us and we will place an investigation with the courier. Once 60 business days have passed and we have confirmation from the courier that they can not locate your parcel you will then be eligible for a refund.
ALL RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Must be in all original casing, packaging and protection and still in NEW condition.
We’ll let you know once we’ve received your product/s, and if they are defective, we’ll be more than happy to send you a replacement or provide a refund. If they aren’t defective, repair charges may apply.
